MODELS AND MINIATURES

Charlie's Aunt Model
This is a model that I made for my model-building class. The design was interpreted from the play, Charlie’s Aunt. The design itself was drafted by one of my peers, but the colors, materials, and textures were up to my own creative interpretations. The setting for this particular design took place in a Victorian Turkish bathhouse. All of these models were created in a 1/2” scale.

Wilson's Garage Model
This model was made for a rendering of Wilson’s Garage from The Great Gatsby. The original drafting was designed by my professor, Yoon Bae, and I had the creative liberty to choose the colors and other aspects of the design that were not illustrated in the draft. I also incorporated a scale figure I created to provide the viewer with additional reference on sizing.

Opposing Side
As illustrated in Yoon’s original draftings, this set piece rotated to showcase the apartment on the opposing side. I replicated this in my model as well, with one side surveying a discolored New York apartment, and the other showcasing a muddied mossy garage.
